2. Services

808 Auto Detail provides mobile auto detailing services on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Our services include but are not limited to exterior and interior detailing, protective sealants, and related vehicle care services as described on our website.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by text, or by email.
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Appointment times are estimates. Actual service duration may vary depending on vehicle size and condition.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.
  • Additional charges may apply for vehicles in excessively soiled condition, which will be communicated before work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal valuables from your vehicle prior to the appointment. 808 Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
  • Provide access to a water source and electrical outlet (if applicable) at the service location.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time and location.
  • Disclose any known damage, paint issues, or mechanical problems prior to the detail.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • 808 Auto Detail takes every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, including scratches, chips, dents, or paint defects that exist prior to service.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by defective or aftermarket parts, accessories, or modifications.
  • Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.
  • In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service due to our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repairing the specific damage, not to exceed the cost of the service performed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include re-servicing the affected areas at no additional charge.
