Our Process

Surface Prep
We tape off the surrounding paint and clean the lens surface to remove loose debris before sanding.

Wet Sanding
Progressive wet sanding with fine-grit pads removes the damaged, oxidized outer layer of the polycarbonate lens.

Polish & Seal
The lens is machine-polished to optical clarity, then sealed with a UV-resistant coating to slow future yellowing.
